11. Termination of Enrollment

11.1 Withdrawal by Parents

• One month's written notice required for withdrawal
• All outstanding fees must be cleared
• Transfer certificate issued upon request

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Surat, Gujarat.
